Preamble Introduction

Welcome to the membership service of Bchu Group Co., Ltd. - ("Service Provider").

This document ("Terms and Conditions") outlines the framework for using our membership service to ensure a mutual understanding between members ("You" or "Member") and the Service Provider.

By applying for and/or using the membership service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.

Definitions

"Service Provider": Refers to Bchurunway, the owner and operator of this membership service.

"Member": Refers to an individual or legal entity that has applied for and been approved as a member of the service.

"Service": Refers to benefits, content access, products, or various activities provided by the Service Provider to members according to their subscribed membership type.

"Website/Platform": Refers to www.bchurunway.com used to provide the membership service.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have reached legal age according to the law.
• Applicants must provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse membership applications without stating a reason.

Application Process

Membership applications can be made through website.

Members must complete all necessary information as required by the Service Provider.

Membership will be complete when the Service Provider confirms membership approval to the email or channel provided by the member.

Member Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

• Members must keep their login information (e.g., username, password) confidential and not disclose it to others.
• Members are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
• Members agree not to use the service in any way that is illegal, immoral, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Members are prohibited from taking any action that disrupts, harasses, or damages the service system or other members.
• It is prohibited to publish inappropriate, obscene, defamatory, or intellectual property-infringing content.

Use of Service and Intellectual Property

Content, data, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property appearing in the service are the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.

Members are granted the right to use the service only for its intended purpose. Reproduction, modification, publication, or commercial use without written permission from the Service Provider is prohibited.

Members grant the Service Provider the right to use, publish, and modify content created by members on the platform as appropriate for providing the service.

Suspension and Termination

Termination by Member

Members can terminate their membership by sending an email ([email protected]) or reaching out via Line. Termination will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Suspension or Termination by Service Provider

• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Engages in any act that causes harm to the Service Provider or other members.
• Provides false information during membership application.

When membership ends, access to services and benefits will be revoked.

Data Privacy

The Service Provider values member privacy. Please read and understand our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed.

The Service Provider will comply with applicable personal data protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider will use its best efforts to ensure that members can use the service continuously and efficiently but does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or without delay at all times.

The Service Provider will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, unless such damages are caused by the Service Provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon being announced on the Website/Platform or communicated to members through appropriate channels.

Continued use of the service by a member after changes indicates acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by the parties. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in Thailand.
